APARTMENT PRICES:
From 120 euros/night.
Rates are indicative and vary according the season and the number and nights.

PAYMENT:
Upon booking by bank transfer or PayPal or in cash during check – in.

DEPOSIT:
A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required for confirmation of booking.
This can be paid by Paypal or bank transfer.
In accordance with our cancellation policy the deposit is refundable thus:

• Fully refundable if cancellation is made within 30 days before the date of arrival;
• 50% refundable if cancellation is made within 15 days before the date of arrival.

CITY TOURISM TAX:
Established by the City of Venice from 24 August 2011.
For the Apartment the Tax is:

• ENTIRE (adults): 4,00 Euros per day per person;
• REDUCT (children 11 – 16) : 2,00 Euros per day per person.
